I don’t know how she can still smile when she begins to menstruate just at the age of 13 or 14. All the superstitions and traditions women must observe coincide with her period.
She was worshiped the day before, and now that she is forbidden from entering the kitchen and other communal areas, I can’t even imagine what she may be thinking. I can’t even begin to understand how she copes with all the physical discomfort and changes in her body every single month for 4 days.

The most challenging time is right after she becomes pregnant. Having a baby is obviously not a joke and involves numerous challenges that only women can fully comprehend.
